Join our popular annual origami workshop and get creative for the holidays season! Guided by Anthony Samuels, local teacher and origamist, you will be making Christmas trees and stars to fill your home with festivity! You can also turn them into cards and spread the festive love.

No previous experience required. A digital package with instructions will be sent before the event.

You will need:

  • Pre-cut square paper sheets or any bought origami paper according to below instructions, and any extra sheets to spare.
    For Christmas Tree:

    Four square sheets of green /patterned green paper (or whatever festive colours you like)
    Suggested sizes: 4cm, 5cm, 7.5cm, 9cm. Exact size matters less than scaling; each must be smaller than the last.For Stars:
    2-5 square sheets (in white/silver/gold/electric blue/metallic or shiny paper, as preferred).
    Suggested sizes 4-8cm square.

       For the Card:
       Thin card/s in single colour or two contrasting preferred colours
       Suggested size approx A4

  • A glue stick or suitable liquid paper glue
  • A pair of scissors 
  • Any other miscellaneous decorative materials you fancy, ie glitter, sequins etc.
