The exhibition ‘Connecting Threads: Fashion Inspired by the MEAA Collection’ (28 June 2023 to 22 December 2023) features fashion garments inspired by the MEAA collection and created by local Design students from Bath College. As the Museum celebrates its 30th Anniversary, this exhibition prompts a relevant and timely dialogue between our collection and younger audiences, tradition and modernity, and East Asian and European cultures, and weaves together multiple traditions and historical periods. This tour will uncover the journeys of discovery that inspired these designs.
